About Beth

Beth Daniels creates multimedia curriculum and content that is educates, engages, and inspires.

Recently, Beth created the educational foundations for Hero Elementary for Twin Cities PBS, guiding content and pedagogy across media platforms to engage and empower young children in under-served communities, their families and their educators. In addition to Hero Elementary, Beth has designed/developed other award-winning educational media, including Big Science Ideas: Systems and Reading Explorations. And Beth was a member of the team that developed the iconic simulation, Oregon Trail II.

Beth has developed curriculum for classrooms, after-school programs and summer programs. She has taught grades K-8 in the Minneapolis, MN public schools. She has developed web-based training for community based after-school programs and provided program quality coaching. In addition, Beth gives presentations on youth program quality, experiential and project-based learning, science-literacy-technology integration, and dismantling racial inequities to overcome systemic barriers to academic achievement.
